Ideal time for sexual intercourse also counts. You should know how to calculate your ovulation period so you will have the idea of when is the good timing. It is also advised to have unprotected sex regularly. Consider sex positions that would enable the sperm to be placed close to the female cervix.
Stress is another factor. Too much pressure and stress can hamper ovulation. Remember that pregnancy is also psychological. You should be mentally prepared about pregnancy.
